学习型组织知识整合研究

摘    要:首先从组织学习和知识整合的机理,分析学习型组织运用知识的不同方式———扩张方式和内涵方式。认为学习型组织不但要通过组织学习来获取知识,而且要整合企业既有知识的结构和过程,最大化地实现知识中所蕴涵的价值。在此基础上,提出学习型组织知识整合的框架模型,阐述整合的动因和机制,最后结合通用公司的实际案例,分析学习型组织知识整合实践。

Abstract:The article differentiates the two methods of knowledge application, expansion and intension, by analyzing the mechanism of organizational learning and knowledge integration in learning organization. It claims that the learning organization ought to not only acquire knowledge through organizational learning but also integrate the structures and processes of existing knowledge to realize the value to the maximum. Moreover, the article puts forward the frame model of knowledge integration in learning organization, with an analysis of the motivation and mechanism of integration. Finally, the article analyzes the knowledge integration of GE as a typical case of the knowledge integration practice.
