摘 要: | 孔子从"仁"、"性相近,习相远"、和培养"君子"的教育目的出发,为"因材施教"确立了理论基础.但具体的实施离不开一定的方法,如何认识人的差异及具体实施方法是"因材施教"成为可能的必不可少的条件.理论和方法的结合才能使"因材施教"成为现实.
