| 摘 要： | 西方国家银企关系最为典型的是美国的市场主导型融资制度下形成的松散型银企关系 ,日本的银行主导型融资制度下形成的紧密型银企关系 ,它们都与特定的经济环境相联系。在目前世界经济一体化、全球化以及地区经济集团化的趋势下 ,银企关系制度的市场性特征更加突出 ,市场化趋向成为主流。美日银企关系的发展对中国构建新型银企关系大有借鉴之处。

| Abstract: | Until now, there are two kinds of typical relations between bank and enterprise in the west: the loose one formed under American market-oriented financing system, and the close one under Japanese bank-oriented system, both of which are connected with specific economic circumstances. With the prevailing trend of the world economy integration, globalization and group-centralization of regional economy, the system of relations between bank and enterprise is more obviously characterized by market orientation, which is becoming the main stream. |
