| 摘 要： | 通过分析物业管理内涵的演变及我国物业管理的短暂发展历史,对我国当前物业管理产业的特点进行了归纳和总结,并在此基础上,运用迈克尔·波特的五种竞争力分析模型,对我国物业管理产业的未来发展趋势进行了预测。
