高师院校非师范专业毕业生就业的影响因素与对策

随着我国高等教育的不断发展,高师院校的非教师教育专业日益增多。作为一个特殊的群体,高师院校非教师教育专业毕业生的就业呈现出特殊性,在就业市场中既面对诸多挑战,又有很多有利因素。本文通过分析高师院校非师范生就业的影响因素,提出了促进就业的对策。

The Influencing Factors of Employment of Graduates from Non-normal Specialties of Normal Universities and the Countermeasures

With the continuous development of China＇s higher education,the non-professional teacher education majors in normal universities have more and more increased.As a special group,the employment of graduates from non-teacher education of normal universities has taken on specificity,they have to be faced with many challenges in employment market,but there are a lot favorable factors.This paper,through the analysis of factors influencing the employment of non-teacher education graduates from normal universities,puts forward measures to promote employment.
