液晶材料专业实验建设探索

摘    要:近年来,我国液晶面板生产能力大幅提升,国内各大液晶面板企业人才匮乏。长春理工大学依托现有材料化学专业,制定液晶材料教学与研究方向,在原有实验条件基础上购置设备,并结合液晶面板生产条件与需求设计实验课程,开展特色鲜明的专业实验教学。液晶材料方向受到大型液晶面板企业的青睐,学生就业率高。本文总结液晶材料方向实验教学建设和改革中的实际经验与教学体会,为普通工科院校建立液晶方向专业实验教学体系和发展提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years,China's LCD panel production capacity has promoted by a large margin,and the domestic big LCD panel enterprises are short of talents.Changchun University of Science and Technology,relying on the existing materials chemistry major,formulates teaching and research direction of liquid crystal materials,purchases equipment on the basis of the original experimental conditions,designs experimental courses combining with the LCD panel production conditions and demands,and carries out professional experiment teaching with distinct characteristics;its direction of liquid crystal materials is favored by large LCD panel enterprises and students' employment rate is high.This paper summarizes the practical experience and teaching feelings in experiment teaching,construction and reform of liquid crystal material direction,provides reference for common engineering colleges to establish professional experiment teaching system of liquid crystal materials direction and to develop.
