浅谈基于物联网技术的数控机床故障诊断

摘    要:对物联网的概念,数控机床常见故障分类、检测方法及其局限性进行了概述。介绍了基于物联网技术的数控机床故障诊断原理技能实现远程、预警式故障诊断的传感器类型。基于物联网技术的数控机床故障诊断可大大减小维修人员的工作量,提高数控机床的可靠性和使用寿命。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the concept of the Internet of things,the common faults,classification,detection methods and their limitations of CNC machine tools,also introduces the sensor types to realize remote,pre-warning fault diagnosis by the fault diagnosis principle technology of CNC machine tool based on technology of Internet of Things.Fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools based on technology of Internet of Things can greatly reduce the workload of maintenance personnel and improve the reliability and service life of CNC machine tools.
