摘    要:结合民办高校学生自我意识强、个性张扬、兴趣爱好广泛、学习热情不够、目标远大但自卑感较明显等特点,提出民办高校应通过多种方式培养学生的学习兴趣,帮助他们树立正确的学习目标,变"被动学习"为"主动学习",通过第二课堂促进第一课堂,不断提高学生专业知识的应用能力。

Abstract:Combing with the private college students' characteristics such as strong self-awareness,publicizing individuality,wide hobbies and interests,insufficient learning enthusiasm,ambitious but with obvious inferiority etc.,this paper puts forward that private higher learning institutions should cultivate students' learning interest through a variety of ways,help them to establish correct learning objectives and change "passive learning" to "active learning",and improve students' ability to apply professional knowledge through the second class promoting first class.
