普通高校法学本科专业课程体系的建构

法学专业课程体系是指按照法学专业人才培养目标、教学要求和学生学习心理,根据专业知识之间的内在联系而设计的各门课程的系统。本文在对普通高校法学本科专业培养目标和课程体系现状进行考察的基础上,对普通高校法学本科专业课程体系的建构提出了自已的一些看法。

Constructing the Curriculum System of Four-year Programme in Jurisprudence in Ordinary Colleges and Universities

The curriculum system in jurisprudence refers to the system of all the courses designed according to the goal of the personnel training,the teaching demands,the psychology of the student's learning and the intrinsic link of All the professional knowledge.The paper proposes some suggestions on constructing the curriculum system of four-year programme in jurisprudence based on the training aim and the present situation of curriculum system in in jurisprudence in ordinary colleges and universities.
