| 摘 要： | 虽然人身依附关系古已有之,但是到汉魏之际它却有了质的变化。王莽改"奴婢曰私属",是奴主关系向半自由的隶属关系的开始;曹魏末年给公卿以下及贵势之家以租牛客户,则是依附关系向隶属关系转化的完成。前者是奴隶身份的提高,后者是编户民身份的下降。

| Abstract: | Changes in the personal bondage took place in the Han Dynasty and the relationship from slaves and owners to subjection began during the reign of Wang Mang. In the late Wei Kingdom, this transformation was completed. The former means the rising status of slaves and the latter means the falling status of independent individuals. |
