| 摘 要： | 针对传统实验室三级管理体制的不足之处,我院进行了二级管理体制的改革与实践。多年实践证明,改革成效显著,不仅理顺了实验室管理,提高了实验人员积极性及实践教学质量,而且实验中心充分发挥了设备优势,积极开展了科研活动和社会服务。
