Looking at the All-round Development of People from the Leisure Life of Vacation with Pay

China's reform,on one hand,has improved the emancipation and development of productive forces,and liberated the people's thoughts on the other hand.Now the importance of self-development of the people has been realized from the central and local governments to the common people.The human-oriented scientific development conception has come into being.In order to better realize the goal,the central government begins to notice and carry out vacation with pay for the purpose of promoting people's all-round development.In this article,the author briefly analyzed the practical requirements of people's all-round development and the important role that vacation with pay plays in people's all-round development.
