| Abstract: | It is a very pressing task to strengthen the Party's organizations at village level by important thought of"three represents".It must be in accordance with the basic requirements of "Implement the important thought of'three represents',for which the key is to adhere to advancing to follow the time,the core is to adhere the advanced character of the Party,the essence is to adhere to serveing the people in power",around the objective of making the people rich and building up the villages power,strengthen the Party's ideology,organization,style,system at village level. |
