| 摘 要： | 与发达国家相比，我国的科技投入科技产出水平都比较低，而且低水平的产出还没有很好地与经济相结合，原因之一是缺乏有效的科技中介服务。随着加入WTO和市场经济的进一步完善，必须尽快建立和完善我国的科技中介服务体系。
