我国高校科研团队建设的相关问题研究

大科学时代的来临、知识经济时代的降临及科技创新都要求重新认识高校科研团队建设的必要性与重要性。目前,对我国高校科研团队建设的研究多侧重于创新团队建设方面,多停留在感性、直观、经验的层面,而缺乏客观的、数据化的可操作、可检验的成分。要解决这一问题,一方面要借鉴社会科学的研究方法,采用调查问卷分析、统计方法得出具体、客观的数据,使人们对当前高校科研团队建设的现状有更深的认识;另一方面则要加强质的研究,通过典型案例进行深入的质的研究,得出相应的对策,为高校科研团队建设提供借鉴。

China's Scientific Research Team Development in Colleges & Universities: An Exploration to the Relevant Issues

The coming of Big Science Times and the Knowledge Economy Age as well as technological innovation requires recognizing the necessity and importance of the development of the Scientific Research Teams in colleges universities.Currently,the relevant studies in China mainly focuses on the creative team development,more remain at a perceptual,intuitive and experiential level,lacking objective data of the operational and testable components.In order to solve this problem,it is essential to learn from the research methods of social science and draw concrete and objective data with the questionnaire analysis and statistical methods,so that people can have a better understanding of the current status of the team development.On the other hand,it is also necessary to strengthen the in-depth qualitative research and obtain the appropriate strategies through typical case study,providing reference for the development of the Scientific Research Teams in colleges universities.
