| 摘 要： | 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》对我国未来10年的教育改革发展作出了总体战略部署,也对高校共青团工作提出了新的要求。学习贯彻《纲要》精神,发挥共青团实践育人的优势,重点抓好大学生社会实践、志愿服务、社团建设、职业生涯规划教育和创业教育等工作,是高校共青团把大学生培养成中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要工作形式。
