| 摘 要： | 针对目前质量管理方面的现状,企业质量改进工作应有效地进行而不流于形式。基于制定企业质量改进策划基础上,把握质量改进的机遇,完善质量改进的度量,实施质量改进的评价。以A公司为例利用适用的统计方法进行深入分析,总结规律,发现在质量改进的实施过程中的普遍存在的问题和不足,得出具有可操作性和可借鉴性的结论,使质量改进工作更加有效进行。 |

Meanwhile, existing problems and shortcomings in the course of quality improvement are found through the above discussion so as to make quality improvement more effective. |
