| 摘 要： | 合并高校在中国已经是一种现实存在。以合并为手段来实现高校更好的发展是一种理性的诉求,但合并高校的发展依然面临很多困境。因此,合并高校对自己的发展理念进行更新,涵养“和而不同”的开放精神和宽容心态,保持一些值得存在的不同之处,才是实现更好发展的正确选择。

| Abstract: | Merged higher educational institutions are a kind of objective existence in China now. It has been quite rational to achieve the better development of the higher education institutions by merging, yet the development of those merged higher educational institutions is now confronted with a lot of difficulties and still has a long way to go. So it is quite necessary for the merged higher educational institutions to update their thoughts on development, try to cultivate an open and considerate spirit of "retaining differences in harmony" so as to protect those worthwhile differences and achieve better development. |
