| 摘 要： | 就工程建设项目普遍中存在投资失控制的现象,分析建设项目投资失控的主要原因,提出建设工程项目投资有效控制的具体措施,以实现在保证工程质量和工期的前提下,以较少的投入,取得较大的经济效益和社会效益。
