| 摘 要： | 西方经济思想史上 ,自由放任思想根深蒂固。大萧条标志着自由放任主义的终结 ,从此西方各国先后开始制定宏观经济稳定政策。政府的经济干预政策在中国则是久远的历史传统。古代常平仓制度历经 2 0 0 0多年演变 ,常平仓制度稳定经济的思想历久常新。研究指出 ,当代世界经济稳定政策的思想源头部分在中国 ;常平仓制度还将为未来稳定做出贡献。在经济全球化形势下 ,人类的经济福利与风险同时放大 ,及时构思未来经济稳定制度是我们的历史使命

| Abstract: | Laissez faire is deep rooted in the history of western economic thought. The great depression marked the end of this kind of laissez faire. Ever since then, western countries have been formulating policies of macro economic stability. Government economic intervention has a long history in China. After more than 2,000 years of its evolution, this ancient idea of stabilizing economy by means of ever normal granary has stayed put and has been updated in China. According to many researches, the thought regarding the present world economic stability policies originated partly in China. The normal granary system will continue to contribute to the future stability. In the context of economic globalization, human economic welfare and risks both increase. Therefore, designing the future economic stability system is our historic mission. |
