| 摘 要： | 文艺的科学发展观贯穿于党的三代领导人的文艺思想中,指导延安文艺、新中国文艺、新时期文艺及文艺制度的建设和发展。文艺的科学发展观体现为文艺的社会发展观、文艺的科学辩证发展观、文艺的创新发展观和文艺的可持续性发展观。党的文艺方针、政策、措施、法规及其一整套行之有效的文艺制度、体制、建制、机制的实施,保障了文艺的健康顺利发展,形成了社会主义文艺及文艺制度发展模式。

| Abstract: | The scientific development concept of literature runs through the literature thoughts of the three generation leaders and guides Yan'an Literature ,New China Literature , New Period Literature and their respective system construction and development. The scientific development concept of literature is presented in literature's social development view,scientific dialectical development view,creative development view and sustainable development view. |
