摘    要:为实现交通基础设施布局的优化和完善,制定以主体功能区形成和国土资源优化开发为目标的交通基础设施发展对策,运用区域经济学、运输流等理论分析了交通基础设施建设与主体功能区形成的互动机理,并以陕西省为例分析了其主体功能区的空间布局结构,提出了宏观管理对策和基于运输流的交通基础设施建设重点。研究结果表明,按照主体功能区的空间结构布局和运输需求优化完善交通基础设施,是实现经济社会可持续发展的重要依据之一。

Abstract:To optimize and consummate the transportation infrastructure facilities layout,the paper puts forward the development strategy based on the main function area and land resources development.This paper uses regional economics and transport flow theory to analyze the interaction mechanism between transportation infrastructure construction and the formation of the main function area and then analyzes the space layout of main function structure.The authors propose the strategies for the macro management and the key point of transportation infrastructure construction based on transportation flow in Shaanxi Province.The results indicate that the layout of the spatial structure according to the main function area can optimize the transport infrastructure and is one important basis of China's economic and social development.
