| 摘 要： | 中国城市社会正处在一个特定的结构性变迁之中 ,其核心性转变是城市社区结构的变迁 ,主要表现为社区结构的分化与重组 ,其主体形式是单位型社区的衰落和新型社区的成长。如当代中国城市社会出现社区类型多样化、社区利益主体多元化、社区功能社会化和社区非正式组织快速成长等新的发展趋势。本文重点研究了当代中国城市社区分化及社区结构性变迁的规律和特点 ,并提出了全新的认识体系和新的观点

| Abstract: | Chinese urban society is undergoing a structural change, the kernel of which is the structural change of urban community. The disintegration and rearrangement of China's community structure is mainly manifested in the form of structural change of urban community, decline of community arranged as a unit and growth of a new type of community. For example , diversification of community types, pluralization of main bodies benefiting from the community, socialization of community function and rapid growth of informal community organizations embody the new tendency of the Chinese urban society of the present age.The article studies disintegration of the present Chinese urban community and regulations and characteristics of the structural change of the Chinese urban community today, and provides a completely fresh system of notions and viewpoints. |
