| 摘 要： | 循环经济是把资源利用最大化和废弃物排放最小化融为一体的经济理念,是一种新形态的经济理念。而税收作为宏观调控的重要手段对于循环经济的发展有着重要的意义。在这一领域内已经采取了一些措施,但还应当并且能够采取更多的措施。
