| 摘 要： | 二十一世纪将是一个经济、科技竞争更加激烈的时代,我国的产业发展将面临国际、国内的严峻考验.在此形势下,人们提出了有别于适应性调整的产业结构战略调整改革思路.本文对影响产业结构战略调整的因素进行了分析,并提出了相关政策性建议.
