信息化时代中国电子政务发展的新思路

面对当前信息技术飞速发展给传统政府的运行方式带来的巨大冲击,中国正不断转变政府职能,积极推进电子政务这一新型政府管理方式的建设。就目前电子政务的发展现状而言,中国不仅起步较晚而且尚存在诸多发展不完善的地方。针对电子政务信息化经费比例相对不协调、领导认识水平和重视度不够、区域发展不协调、＂数字鸿沟＂现象严重、重复建设较多等问题,结合本国的具体国情以及电子政务的发展现状,剖析其根源,提出了可行性的建议与对策,以寻求切实可行的发展新思路。

New Insights for China's E-Government Development in Information Age

Faced with the tremendous impact on the traditional government operation mode brought about by the rapid development of information technology, China is constantly changing government functions and actively promotes e- government management. However, China is late in e-government construction and a lot of work still needs improvement. Considering the root causes of the current problem sin the work, the paper putsfotward some suggestions for the establishment of feasible measures and new perspectives for the development of e- government in China.
