Uncertainty Convergence and Optimization of System: on the Management Science of Non-system

This paper establishes a convergence-and-optimization model based on the analyses of "human-vehicle model" and "enterprise informatization model". This paper contends that convergence exists not only within or between matters with the same attributes but also between matters with different attributes. By studying the heterogeneous convergence and non-system optimization between matters with different attributes, one can find a new perspective to analyze the universal phenomenon of systematic convergence and optimization.
