| 摘 要： | 受清代盐业经济政策的制约,虽然清代内蒙古盐区被认为是不＂裨国计＂之地,而被排挤在十一大产盐区之外。但是＂蒙盐＂的生产流通在整个清代社会始终存在着,并于清末正式成为引地。＂蒙盐＂在清代经历了由自产自销到官运官销与商运商销相结合的过程。这一变化过程的主要因素之一是由清政府的盐业政策变革决定的。另外,内蒙古盐区的自然条件及盐湖分布情况也在一定程度上影响着内蒙古盐业在清代的地位。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly deals with the changes and the basic characteristics of Inner Mongolia salt industry in the Qing dynasty salt social position.Inner Mongolia salt industry in the Qing dynasty experienced the period of one selling what one produces and the integration process of combination of self-marketing officials with the dealers selling.The main factor of changing process is the result of the change of salt industry policy.In addition,its natural conditions and its distribution of salt lakes also a certain degree influenced the Inner Mongolia salt industry in the Qing dynasty. |
