| 摘 要： | 非本地化资本空间效应是过去30年中国经济持续高速增长的重要解释。着眼于传统空间扩张受限情形,阐述非本地化资本空间集聚效应是如何释放、巩固与放大。研究表明,现代区位具有契合非本地化资本空间集聚效应的结构安排,改革开放作为空间结构优化的政策支撑,通过制度改革创新,加速了资本自由流动的演化,以丰富实践经验印证了非本地化资本空间集聚效应是集约型城镇化有效的路径。

| Abstract: | Non-localized capital spatial effect is the important explanations of China’s sustained rapid growth over the past 30 years.Based on the condition of the limited expansion of traditional space,this paper deals with how the non-localized capital spatial effects are released,consolidated and enlarged.The results show that the modern location has the structure of non-localized capita spatial concentration effects.Reform and opening-up,as a policy support of spatial structure optimization,through institutional reform and innovation,accelerates the evolution of the free flow of capital,enriching the experience of the spatial concentration of non-localized capital which is a valid path of the intensive urbanization effect. |
