关于高校体育教学中自主学习的实证研究

摘    要:教学实验结果表明,自主学习在普通高校乒乓球选项课中运用效果较为显著,尤其是对学生实战能力的提高起着良好的作用。通过自主学习,学生不但从“学会”到“会学”,而且提高了实际运用能力,更为重要的是通过相互协作、交流懂得如何与他人融洽共处。应当注意的是,由于高校体育教学目标属于多元性的,自主学习模式也不是万能的,应当正确对待。

Abstract:The findings of our empirical research reveal that self-taught has a markedly positive effect on the optional Pingpang course in the higher institution of education,especially on students' performance in matches.Through self-taught,students shift from "knowing how" to "how to know" and get better results in matches.More importantly,they learn how to get along with each other in the process of collaboration and communication.Note that due to the plural teaching objectives of university PE teaching,the self-taught is not omnipotent and should be treated reasonably.
