浅谈中国的公道、人情和法制

公道与公正、公平、正义等词含义基本相同,都是人类追求的一种理想状态。人情即为人之常情,生活中多指人情世故。法制指一个国家或地区的法律制度。在加强法制建设的今天,坚持“法律面前人人平等”,就必须抵制或铲除人情因素防碍法律的贯彻和实施,消除腐败,自然有利于社会公道、公正、民主法制建设。

Glancing at the Justice, Human Relationship and Legal System

Justice, whose meaning is the same as equity, justness, righteousness and so on, is an ideal pursued by human. Human relationship, that is, the normal human feelings, often means the ways of the world. The legal system means the system of the law in a country or a region. We are strengthening the legal system today. In order to insist that all are equal before the law, it must be rejected that the human relationship hinders the law's carrying out and actualizing. Also, the corruption should be eliminated. All these will benefit the social justice and the construction of the democracy and the legal system.
