| Abstract: | The constitution clearly defines that protects the private property right of citizens,but phenomena of ignoring and damaging the private property right happened frequently in the practical life and judicial practice .In order to uphold the economic development and guarantee the human right of citizens ,we should correctly understand the practical significance of protecting the private property right. |
