| 摘 要： | 农业剩余劳动力转移是由传统农业社会向现代工业社会转型的必由之路 ,在全球范围内具有普遍性。文章依据黑龙江省农村劳动力就业情况统计数字及课题组的调查资料 ,对我省农业剩余劳动力转移的现状特点进行初步探讨和分析 ,以求为制定适合我省农业剩余劳动力转移的对策措施提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Surplus farmers' transferring is a necessary road for the traditional agriculture society transforming the modern industry society,and have the catholicity within the scope of world.The article studies and analyses the present condition of surplus farmers' transferring on the basis of statistics and investigation.In doing so,we hope to offer the beneficial theoreties for making policies of surplus farmers' transferring in heilongjiang province. |
