| 摘 要： | 政府信息公开是推进民主政治、加强行政透明度的重要举措.本文首先探讨影响我国政务信息公开的一些关键因素,然后进一步分析各因素之间的联系,构建政府信息公开关键因素的解释结构模型(ISM),根据该分级模型的结果,分析我国政府信息公开最重要的关键成功因素,提出相应建议,为在政府信息公开中找到关键点,提供有参考价值的科学依据.

| Abstract: | In this article some Critical Success Factors(CSFs) of publicity of government information in our country are discussed,followed by the building of an Interpretative Structural Modelling(ISM) of the CSFs for the publicity of government information.And on the basis of the result of this hierarchical modelling,the most important CSFs for the publicity of government information are analyzed and relevant suggestions and advices are put forward to provide worthy scientific reference in the publicity of government affairs. |
