| 摘 要： | 对农村人力资源的现状进行具体分析，指出在农村从事农业的劳动者，普遍受教育程度低，科学文化素质差；农村潜在人力资源群体大，就业年龄低；经营管理素质较差等问题。提出了有效开发农村人力资源进一步强化普及九年义务教育等六方面对策。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes present situation of human resources in the countryside and points out some existing problems:labourers in the countryside did not receive regular education,the potential of large size hu- man resources,people who employed are young,the quality of economic management is low.It also puts forward six countermeasures on developing human resources in the countryside. |
