父母离异的未成年人犯罪原因探析

当前,研究父母离异的未成年人犯罪具有十分重要的社会现实意义。从父母离异与未成年人犯罪的关联性分析来看,父母离异给未成年人的心理造成严重创伤;父母离异的未成年人犯罪率高有目共睹;父母离异使未成年人的家庭教育缺失、生活失去原有的稳定状态;父母离异后出现的再婚重组家庭,使得未成年人的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化,令其一时难以应付。此外,导致父母离异的未成年人犯罪的原因有很多,其中父母离异给未成年人造成心理创伤是内因和主要原因,但还有诸如生理变化影响心理、＂疾风怒涛＂的特殊心理以及学校教育不当和社会不良环境影响等外因。
