| 摘 要： | 自19世纪60年代以来,公司并购与重组不断发生,导致对公司价值的重新评估,而评估方法的选择一直是理论界与实务界争论的焦点。因素分析法作为一种新型的方法,根据影响公司的内部因素与外部因素,分别设置详细的标准与计算公式,结合信息计算公司价值。因素分析法试图规避传统方法存在的缺陷,为公司并购双方、投资者等对公司价值的评估提供方法论借鉴。
