| 摘 要： | 石丰村个案表明,乡村生计转型与返乡农民工再就业互为关联。一方面,农民工返乡再就业类型的多样化,促进了乡村生计的现代转型;另一方面,乡村生计方式的良性变迁也为农民工再就业提供了资金、技术、协会等方面的支持。资金仍是制约农民工返乡再就业的最重要因素,政府和社会应在这方面着力并妥善解决。

| Abstract: | The case study of Shifeng Village in Guangxi has reached the following conclusions: The diversity of reemployment of the home-returned off-farm farmers helps the transformation of rural family planning;the favorable transformation of rural family planning provides support for their reemployment in terms of funds,technology and organization;the shortage of funds is still a crucial factor hindering their reemployment,and the government and other institutions should help solve this problem. |
