云南新平花腰傣饮食习俗的社会文化功能

摘    要:饮食为生存之根本,但对人类来说,却又不仅仅局限于满足人类生理方面的需要,还能满足精神及维护社会秩序之需求。云南新平花腰傣的饮食除提供基本的生存活动所需的碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素等营养能量外,还有交流信息、彰显社会地位、强化社会人群的民族认同感、表达情感、化解社会矛盾等社会、文化功能。

Abstract:Diets are crucial to survival.Humans rely on diets not only for physiological needs but also for spiritual needs plus a help to social stability.The diets of the Huayao Dais in Xinping County of Yunnan Province can not only provide the basic nutrition like carbohydrate,fat and vitamins but also have the cultural functions of information exchanges and the expression of feelings and social positions as well as the strengthening of ethnic identity and the lessening of social contradictions.
