| 摘 要： | 民国时期,社团组织作为近代化过程中不可或缺的力量,发挥着重要作用。作为民意代表的云南风俗改良会在移风易俗中的作用主要表现为:倡导改造摒弃不良风俗,为新风尚的发展创造条件;从不同角度劝导改革不良风尚,倡导符合时代发展的新风尚;集各方力量,极力促进近代新型社会风尚发展;利用自身优势,积极影响政府决策和政策制定。

| Abstract: | In the period of the Republic of China,civil organizations played an irreplaceable role in the early period of modernization.Yunnan Custom Reform Association representing the public opinion had the following functions: it encouraged people to abandon bad customs and create good ones in all fields;it gathered all social forces to build up a new society;it took advantage of its merits to exert some positive influence on the government policies. |
