| 摘 要： | 清代是中国历代封建王朝民族法制建设的集大成者。清代民族政策法制化不仅效果显著,而且特点鲜明。清代民族政策法制化既在巩固和维护多民族国家的统一和发展等诸多方面发挥了积极作用,同时也存在着一定程度的负面影响。清代的民族政策法制化经验和教训对今天民族法制建设工作具有一定的启示作用。

| Abstract: | The Qing dynasty is the representative of all the feudal dynasties in terms of legislation for ethnic policies with its effectiveness and typical features.Though this legislation played a positive role in strengthening the unification of a multinational country,it had some negative effects,which can shed some light on our legislation in this aspect. |
