对建立健全高校干部监督机制的思考

党的十六大和中央纪委三次全会对新时期加强干部监督工作提出了新的要求。在新的历史时期，我们必须充分认识到加强高校干部监督工作的重要性，建立健全高校干部监督管理机制，抓好干部监督工作，促进高校干部队伍的建设，为高校的改革、发展与稳定提供保障。

Thoughts on Establishing and Perfecting the Mechanism of Supervision of Cadres in Higher Learning Institutions

the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Third Plenary Session of the Party's Central Commission for Discipline Inspection formulated new requirements on strengthening the supervision on cadres in the new epoch. This paper points out that, on the part of higher learning institutions, in line with the requirements, the significance of strengthening the supervision should be fully realized, supervision mechanism on cadres established and perfected, supervising work well done and the building of the cadre contingent accelerated. All this is necessary with an end to guarantee the reform, the development and the stability in higher institutions.
