论日美同盟的转变:从“冷战后”到“9·11后”

“9.11”事件以来,日美同盟的发展也进入了一个新阶段,即从“冷战后”向“9.11后”转变。本文在概述日美同盟阶段性发展的基础上,分析了“9.11后”日美同盟的基本特征,并从中日美三边关系的角度探讨了日美同盟转变的原因及其影响,提出了我国的应对之策。

Transformation of the Japanese-American Alliance: from "Post Cold War" to "Post September 11"

Since the September 11 incident,the Japanese-American alliance has evolved to a new stage,namely,from "post Cold War" to "post September 11".This paper,on the basis of a general survey of the different phases of the development of the Japanese-American alliance,analyzes the fundamental traits of the post-September-11 Japanese-American alliance and the causes and impact of the transformation of the alliance from the angle of the triangular relations among China, Japan and the United States,and proposes some possible countermeasures by China.
