| 摘 要： | 调查显示,目前我国农村初中学生辍学现象严重,其主要原因是农村教育缺失、学生厌学、农民经济困难以及观念蔽障等.控制农村初中学生辍学的对策,一是落实"三农"政策,强化教育扶贫力度;二是依法治教,加强政府责任;三是加快农村中学改革,提高教育教学质量;四是建立大区域农村教育管理体制,发挥大区域的管理优势.
