| 摘 要： | 农户联保贷款是农村信用合作社为提高自身的信贷服务水平，进一步满足社区居民的信贷资金需求而推出的贷款新形式。它不仅具有典型的金融意义，而且具有鲜明的法律特征。农户联保是一种特殊的信用担保形式。农户联保贷款制度尚存在一些问题，需要进一步改进和完善。
