The Significance of Whitehead's Process Philosophy in Modern Teaching Theory

Nowadays,in the practical teaching the guidance of teaching theory has not effectively exerted its effect.The reason mainly lies in the immobilization,stylization,and formulation in the content of the teaching theory.The characteristics of process philosophy such as the subjective identity,the objective identity and the objective diversity,etc.hold a positive inspiring role in the construction of the teaching theory.Especially,the learning method with creativity,comprehensibility and relativity proposed by Whitehead has the more important content in the construction of the teaching theory.Therefore,we should view the teaching theory as a developing and continued control of the whole teaching process in the construction of our teaching theory.
