苏北地区经济发展模式的研究与对策

作为江苏省经济发展相对落后的地区，苏北地区在十二五期间，其经济发展的好坏必将影响江苏省在今后的进一步发展。根据多年来对这一地区经济发展情况的不懈研究，作者认为发展苏北经济应从利用外资、缩小城乡差距和积极发展低碳经济等方面着手。

Researches and Countermeasures of the Economic Development Mode in Northern Jiangsu Province

In terms of the level of economic development,Northern Jiangsu Province is a less developed area in the whole province.Its development in the "12th-five-year Plan" period will play a decisive part in the whole region.Based on the author’s long-time research on the economic development in the area under discussion,it is held that local economic development should be made from the following three perspectives: the enhancement of the introduction of foreign investment,the narrowing of rural-and-urban difference,and the active development of low-carbon economies.
