略论社会主义核心价值体系下的执政伦理

社会主义核心价值体系与党的执政伦理是相统一的。社会主义核心价值体系从道德伦理的层面阐述了党的科学执政,是党的根本性质的要求和体现,是党获得自我认同与合法性的重要思想基础和途径,有利于党对意识形态建设规律的把握,在哲学层面上实现了党的指导思想、社会主义理想信念、中华文明的优秀传统以及社会主义精神文明的有机结合。这与党的执政伦理有着共同的理念。

Governing Ethics in the Socialist Core Value System

The socialist core value system and the CPC’s governing ethics are unified.The former expounds from a moral ethical aspect the scientific way of governing of the ruling party.It embodies the party’s fundamental nature and is the very base and channel through which the CPC obtains self-identity and legitimacy.Through the system,the CPC grasps the law of ideological construction,and integrates on the philosophical level her governing philosophy,the socialist ideal,the fine tradition of Chinese civilization and the socialist spiritual civilization.Such a system shares the same ground with the CPC’s governing ethics.
