| Abstract: | Along with the deterioration of corruption nowadays,the role of an uncorrupted government culture is becoming more and more important.Such a culture is developed in the long time of anti-corruption practice and it represents the advanced social culture.It has many functions,including the guiding of public opinions,warning and inspiring the people,and integrating the society. |
