谈梁启超的开明专制思想

资产阶级革命派与立宪派在实现民主进程方面，有急进与缓进之别。1906年梁启超著文《开明专制论》，根据中国过渡时代的情况，强调新旧政体转换过程中必须要有过渡阶段，即“开明专制”阶段。“开明专制”思想是对中国近代政治民主化起步的可贵探索，它弥补了革命派民主共和思想之不足，在中国近代民主思想史上有着不可取代的意义和价值。

On Liang Qi-chao's Idea of Liberal Tyranny

The Bourgeois Revolutionary and the Bourgeois Constitution were different in the democracy process.In 1906,Liang Qi-chao wrote On the Liberal Tyranny to emphasized that there should have a transitional stage,the Liberal Tyranny,between the change in the new polity and the old polity.The idea of liberal tyranny compensated for the shortcoming of the Revolutionary's democratic republic idea.It's a worthy quest for the pace for the pace of modern chinese's political democratization.
